Our everyday lives are constantly evolving. So why hasn’t our sool(drink) ever begun simply as itself as Korean sool? Until now, it has largely been seen through the narrow lens of tradition. UZUAL looks instead to the lives of the people who drink it. While honoring the depth of that tradition, we look beyond its boundaries to explore a new kind of Korean sool that fits seamlessly into modern life.
